 Soul & Soma is a sacred 3 month 1:1 container for those who are ready to release old patterns from their nervous system, and step fully into embodied clarity, confidence, and alignment. This journey blends somatic therapy, energy healing, and soul-aligned coaching into one powerful process designed to help you come home to yourself. 
This is more than a healing program, it’s a reclamation of your body, your energy, and your truth.

This method isn’t a generic template. This is your personalized roadmap, crafted uniquely for you and your evolution. This is a devotion to your own becoming. I created Soul & Soma because I saw how many people were carrying stress, disconnection, and old patterns in their bodies with zero space to release, reset, and truly come home to themselves. After years of weaving somatic therapy, energy healing, and spiritual practice, I wanted to create a container that held all of it.

This is a space where your body, your soul, and your truth finally meet.

Why I created Soul & Soma

We begin with the body. Through a blend of somatic bodywork, gentle movement, breathwork, and energy healing where we create space for your nervous system to recalibrate. In this grounded state, old stories, tension, and patterns finally find release making room for new clarity to emerge. This is a bottom-up approach, starting with the body to create nervous system safety, which then opens the way for emotional healing and soul alignment.

Soul Embodiment

Once you have shed those layers of limitation, we can drop in deeper. Here, the goal is to connect with your soul for spiritual insights. This phase integrates higher self embodiment rituals, and the linking of spirit to the body through KA (light body) activation. You learn to embody the nurturing, the magnetic, and the sovereign aspects of your nature, anchoring your soul through deliberate actions & presence.

PHASE 3:
Integrate + Emerge

Now begins the alchemy of your transformation becoming seamlessly woven into your every day life. We shape a vision for a future that is deeply aligned and fulfilling. One grounded in a daily routine, creative expression, and your devotion to your path. You leave not just healed, but empowered, authentically you, and fully resourced for practical expansion.
